Vertical Type %100 Fresh Air A/C Unit with Indirect Evaporative Cooling (IEC) for cooling spaces which need cooling, heating and ventilation with fresh air without humidifying the supply air. Unit casing is air tight, outer surface powder coated double skin, 50 mm Rockwool insulated for lowest heat transfer and sound absorption. To ensure low energy consumption and meet up to 6,5 EER (Energy Efficiency Ratio) with IEC and 3,8 EER with additional mechanical cooling (Acc. EN14511:2013 Std), units are equipped with highly efficient asymmetric polycore heat exchanger and indirect adiabatic cooling system. Indirect Adiabatic Cooling System is fully equipped with highly efficient spray water control system.
Corrosion free polycore heat exchanger is air tight and be able to prevent humidity transfer. Heat recovery efficiency of the polycore heat exchanger is more than %80. Unit can cool down fresh air to a temperature lower than return air temperature, without need of mechanical cooling. Optional mechanical cooling is possible when additional cooling is needed. Free cooling mode is available when outside air conditions are convenient. Supply air can be heated by heatpump or optional electric heater. Unit is equipped with 2 stage filter, as standard, in supply air side (G2 panel + F7 compact) and single stage filter in return air side (G2 panel). Optional F9 compact filter is also possible when requested. Unit air volume is adjustable with continues speed controlled via 0-10V, IE4 efficiency class EC direct driven fans, without any need of frequency inverter. Unit is ready for operation with, factory installed, IP55, MCC panel and fully equipped with control components, including factory programmed PLC. Unit can be remote monitored and controlled over Backnet MSTP or Mod-Bus RTU communication protocole.

Extremely flexible customization options are available thanks to configurable color touchscreen, full programmability.
Frame presents a more contemporary look, with white or black (standard) acrylic glass bezel. Other inset options can be available on demand, including other colors and finishes (e.g. wood, metal, brass).
Integrated temperature sensor is standard on all versions. The unit can also be ordered in a temperature plus relative humidity sensing configuration.
In addition to basic fan-speed and temperature settings, lighting controls can easily be integrated, as well as custom application specific functions (e.g. Do Not Disturb / Make Up Room buttons for hotel rooms).
Control and Monitoring of the unit with a central computer is possible with Aiolos BMS Control (optional). Depending on number of units installed, AiolosAir provides BMS Ready Software to be installed directly to any computer.
